Yes! Typical payment plans last 14 days, anything beyond that will need to be pre-arranged. All payment plans require a deposit. Please contact us prior to your purchase to discuss the best option for you.
Shipping is established after purchasing. We ship Mondays and Tuesdays, if weather permits. More info can be found on the shop policy page.
Delivery drivers have been known to mistreat boxes, so for the safety of the animal, we do not offer doorstep shipping at this time. The only option is FEDEX hub pickup. We can help you find your nearest hub if you are unsure which one is closest.
If the weather is below 45 degrees and over 90, we do not ship and will hold your gecko for no additional fee until ideal shipping temps are reached.
