Delivery drivers have been known to mistreat boxes, so for the safety of the animal, we do not offer doorstep shipping at this time. The only option is FEDEX hub pickup. We can help you find your nearest hub if you are unsure which one is closest.

Shipping is established after purchasing. We ship Mondays and Tuesdays, if weather permits. More info can be found on the shipping page.

We offer many ways to pay, we love speaking to each of our customers and can discuss payment options then.

If the weather is below 45 degrees and over 90, we do not ship and will hold your gecko for no additional fee.

There is no payment plans beyond the 14 days offered by putting down a deposit.
