SHIPPING POLICY
There is a $70 flat rate for small box shipping (1-3 geckos) and $100 flat rate for large box shipping (4+ geckos).

Domestic shipping is made available through reptiles2you.com. Shipping is overnight, and is available Monday for Tuesday morning arrival OR Tuesday for Wednesday morning arrival. We do not ship any other day as delays are more likely to occur.
At this time, we are only shipping to FEDEX hubs for the safety of the animal(s). You can find the nearest hub by searching for a FEDEX location that offers Dangerous goods shipping. Your FEDEX tracking number will be made available after a shipping date is established so you can track the package.
LOCAL PICKUP POLICY
Local pick up is available if located near Sacramento or the Bay Area. Please contact for more info on pick ups.​
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL​
Refunds will not be issued unless the animal(s) are DOA. Please check our store policy for more info on Live Arrival circumstances.
